EUROPA 2025 - NATIONAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL DISCOVERIES
Europa stamps are among the most collected and popular in the world. The theme for 2025, chosen by PostEurop, is dedicated to "national archaeological discoveries." The stamp depicts the Observatory Cave in Monaco, where the first traces of occupation date back to -250,000 and -20,000 years, alongside discoveries made on Monegasque territory since prehistoric times: biface, lynx skull, amphora, gold coin, bracelet.
