This year, the common theme of SEPAC (Small European Postal Administrations Cooperation) stamps highlights artwork from the national heritage of each member country this year. The Monegasque stamp represents L’Indolence, a painting by the impressionist painter Eva Gonzalès (1849-1883) whose paternal grandfather was Monegasque.
