PREFRANKED STAMP - THE DUSKY GROUPER
This
prefranked stamp replaces the one that was issued in 2014. It is designed for
companies under contract with the La Poste Monaco and is only for use for items
posted to France or Monaco and weighing less than 35 g. The stamp depicts the
Mediterranean dusky grouper, an endangered species.
