ADMISSION OF THE PRINCE ALBERT I TO THE INSTITUT DE FRANCE
On 29 March 1909, Prince Albert I was admitted to the Institut de France as a foreign associate member of the Paris Academy of Sciences. To mark the anniversary, the Institut de France will hold a series of lectures on 29 March 2022 as part of its annual cycle. The stamp will be issued on 2 February 2022, the date on which a multidisciplinary symposium will open in Monaco on the theme “The careers of a Prince: lives and lands of Albert I of Monaco (1848 - 1922)”.
