SEPAC 2019 - OLD RESIDENTIAL HOUSES
This year, the common theme for stamps issued by members of the SEPAC (Small European Postal Administrations Cooperation) is “old houses”. The Monegasque stamp depicts a house in Monaco-Ville, the historic district of Monaco situated on the Rock.
