The offers are valid during their presence on line without geographic limits, unless otherwise stated.

Article 2 – Validation

When you click on the "confirm your order" button after having completed your order, you declare to have accepted the totality of the present sales conditions.
The data registered by www.oetp-monaco.com constitute the proof of the transactions passed between www.oetp-monaco.com and its clients.
The data registered by the payment system constitute the proof of the financial transactions.

Article 3 – Availability

All products presented on the site are available in the while stocks last.
In case of a stock shortage, temporary or not, you will be informed by www.oetp-monaco.com by e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours (working days).
You may then cancel your order and be credited for the corresponding amount.

Please give your client/order reference when contacting Customer Service.
You dispose of a fifteen (15) days delay after delivery of your order to return it to us, in its original package. During this delay, the guarantee is total, no justification will be required.
For all the prepaid articles returned to us, the following rules apply:

  • the parcel is returned without having been opened: full refund of goods;
  • the product is returned simply because you are not satisfied: refund of goods and shipping at your charge;
  • the product is returned for reasons that are the responsability of Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste: exchange or refund goods and all shipping charges.

In order to allow us to process your request, please indicate name, first name, order date and number as well as your client reference if you have one. No complaints may processed without this information.

Article 5 – Processing and shipping charge

Orders are dispatched by our Customer Service in seventy-two (72) hours (working days).

5/1 – For deliveries within Monaco and France

Orders are delivered by registered mail.
The fixed-rate is 2.50 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are free of charge.

5/2 – For deliveries within the European union and Switzerland

Orders are delivered by registered mail.
Delay may vary from country to country and time of the year. Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste is not responsible for longer delivery delays.
The fixed-rate is 3.50 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are free of charge.

5/3 – For deliveries outside European Union 

Orders are delivered by registered mail.
Delay may vary from country to country and time of the year. Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste is not responsible for longer delivery delays.
The fixed-rate is 5.00 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are free of charge.

Article 6 – Taxes and customs duties

6/1 – VAT

The offers benefit from tax exemption. Prices are net for all destination countries.

6/2 – Duties and taxes upon delivery and import restrictions

All eventual taxes and duties upon delivery are to be paid by the customer. These are not the responsibility of Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste.
It is the clients responsibility to check with local authorities for eventual import restrictions.

Article 7 – Payment conditions

We only accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard) via our secure system.

Article 8 – Security and confidentiality

Our web site uses a secure system “https”. This is upgrade when Microsoft-Internet 5.5 or Nescape-Navigator are use.
All e-mail lists are checked with the “Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives” in Principality of Monaco, before use. The site is checked behind the “Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives” with number W04.0029.

The customer can at any time, by electronic or classic mail, check, modify, update any information concerning him, registered on the site of the Office of the Emissions of Timbres-Poste.

The Office of the Emissions of Timbres-Poste undertakes to take all necessary measures as soon as possible in order to meet the customer's expectations. It is recalled that minors do not have the capacity to contract.

Article 9 – Litigation

The present contract is covered by Principality of Monaco law. The dispositions of this contract do not deny overseas costumers of the application of the reglementation covered by international conventions.

9/2 – Competent jurisdiction

These sales conditions and all litigation not settled out of court with an amicable solution are covered by Principality of Monaco law.
