EXHIBITION AT THE PRINCELY PALACE " MARIAGE DU SIÈCLE "

To mark the 70^th anniversary of the wedding of Prince Rainier III and Grace Kelly, an exhibition in the State Apartments of the Prince's Palace will offer a glimpse into the lives of the various people involved and the behind-the-scenes aspects of this event, organized in less than four months. Through photographs, animated images, objects, gifts, and personal documents, the exhibition will immerse visitors in a week of diverse festivities, from the arrival of Grace Kelly on April 12^th to the departure of the princely couple on their honeymoon on the 19^th, which profoundly impacted the minds and destinies of Monaco. At the crossroads of European monarchical tradition and American-style promotion, this "wedding of the century" had a major impact, notably thanks to its live television broadcast, one of the first in the history of television.

It will be included, with other values, in the 2nd Part of the philatelic programme 2026 and offered to our subscribers and customers.
