MARETERRA MONACO
Built on six hectares of land reclaimed from the sea, Mareterra is the Principality of Monaco’s brand new eco-district. It was officially opened by H.S.H Prince Albert II of Monaco on 4 December 2024. Its design and development were guided by the need to protect the marine environment and foster greater biodiversity, and some 40% of Mareterra is covered with vegetation, making it Monaco’s greenest district. The area fits seamlessly and harmoniously into the Monegasque coastline and the city.

This issue will be sold exclusively by the "Office des Timbres", the "Musée des Timbres et des Monnaies" and in the sales network of the Principality. It will be included, with other values, in the 2nd Part of the philatelic programme 2025 and offered to our subscribers and customers.
