One year after the first full-face Effigies, H.S.H. Prince Albert II favors a profile, more classical, still in civilian clothes. They are available in stamp with permanent value in the three colors corresponding to the basis rates (less than 20 gr) of the Universal Postal Union (green for economical shipments to Monaco and France, red for quick shipments to Monaco and France, and blue for shipments out of the European Union).

Corresponding to the present postal rate of 0,55 € for quick shipments to Monaco and to France until 20 grams.
