This first adhesive stamp of Monaco is illustrated with the Grimaldi's blazon. Taking up with the booklet, this stamp with permanent validity (T.V.P.) must enhance the franking of the mails with stamps from the Principality and integrates into the philatelic policy of the preparation to Euro.
