Effigy in profile of H.S.H. Prince Albert II in blue color

One year after the first full-face Effigies, H.S.H. Prince Albert II favors a profile, more classical, still in civilian clothes. They are available in stamp with permanent value in the three colors corresponding to the basis rates (less than 20 grams) of the Universal Postal Union (green for economical shipments to Monaco and France, red for quick shipments to Monaco and France, and blue for shipments out of the European Union).

Corresponding to the present postal rate of 0,95 € for shipments until 20 grams in the area 2 i.e. the Rest of the World (out of the European Union).
